Returns

You are given 15 calendar days from the day you receive the item to return the product to our office. Please take a picture or video of the faulty item and send it to yphnutriscience@gmail.com and attached with a receipt or proof of purchase. Product Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted and will be returned back to the sender.

Exchange or Refunds

After returned item have been received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately exchange a new item for you once we have inspected and approved.  If your returned item is out of stock, then we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within 14 working days. We reserve the right to deny or refund to the sender without prior return approval.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. The shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will not be included in your refund.
